Extended

Extended continues my exploration of the beauty found in everyday objects and spaces. It is a study in rhythm and balance, where shape and structure emerge spontaneously through improvised movement. The final image blurs the line between the familiar and the abstract, while revealing a quiet grace.

Extended Tones

Extended Tones is a color reprise of the series. Guided by color theory and surrealist influences, the introduction of color brings a new aesthetic and visual rhythm - opening space for a more layered, evolving narrative.

Drift In Tones is an ongoing collection that builds on the original series, using color to further evoke mood and presence.

Drift In Tones

Drift explores the quiet beauty we often overlook in our daily surroundings. I strive to draw attention to these unnoticed details by focusing on ever-evolving organic forms - moments that can shift in fractions of a second. With Drift, I recreate environments in studio, allowing shape, tone, and symmetry to emerge through a subtle dance of the everyday.

In the series Twist, I challenge the viewer to move beyond the traditional physical perspective of the everyday. Through improvised manipulation of familiar objects, I explore rhythm and movement, inviting the viewer to engage with their fluidity, depth, and form. The final images are enlarged, encouraging a step back from the familiar and a reconsideration of what is known.

Echoes

Echoes is a collection from the Drift series that explores movement and transformation. By layering the photographs I strive to evoke the sense of continuous motion that I experienced while capturing shifting forms as they overlapped and blended into each other. The resulting compositions challenge the boundary between stillness and transition. Color is added to highlight each layer and intersection, lending the images a stained glass quality and enhancing their abstract character.
